Water Saving Irrigation Solutions

The construction of the smart irrigation system is shown in the figure. First, water from the source is delivered to the automatic filtration equipment through a pump. The irrigation water is filtered using sand and disc filters to thoroughly remove impurities and prevent clogging of the drip tape during irrigation. The intelligent variable frequency cabinet inside the pump house can regulate the water pump to maintain constant pressure, preventing adverse effects on irrigation caused by excessive or insufficient water pressure.

Smart Water and Fertilizer Integrated Machine


The water and fertilizer integrated machine is equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, allowing for functions such as scheduled and metered application, automation, and device on/off control. Each fertilization channel is equipped with a flow meter to display the current flow rate of the applied fertilizer. It also supports the addition of quality sensors like pH and EC for real-time monitoring of water and fertilizer data. This data, along with irrigation amounts and control records, can be uploaded to the cloud platform to facilitate automated irrigation based on sensor parameters.


Internet of Things (IoT) Irrigation System


The system integrates water and fertilizer application, displaying the entire process from nutrient tank to filtration, fertilization, and irrigation. Users can click on any device to choose whether to turn it on or off.

The IoT irrigation system features irrigation equipment, irrigation zones with solenoid valves, sensor data, automation settings, rotational irrigation control, fertilization planning, and historical control records.


Smart Variable Frequency Irrigation Control Cabinet

The variable frequency drive (VFD) inside the smart control cabinet can adjust the operating status of the main water pump, providing constant pressure output through the VFD. This allows the pump to operate in an energy-saving mode for extended periods, achieving automatic constant pressure control. The system can also be operated remotely.

The smart variable frequency control cabinet minimizes the impact of high-power pumps on the power grid, maintains constant network pressure, and prevents pipeline bursts due to excessive pressure.


Automatic Backwash Sand Filter


The automatic backwash sand filter uses a sand filter bed of a certain thickness to remove organic and inorganic solid suspended particles, colloidal particles, microorganisms, and other substances from the raw water. This effectively reduces water turbidity and purifies the water. The equipment features a simple structure, mature technology, high cost-effectiveness, and wide applicability across various fields.


Automatic Backwash Disc Filter


The automatic backwash disc filter features efficient backwashing, fully automatic continuous operation, low self-water consumption, a compact footprint, and reliable performance.

The backwashing process of the filter system alternates in turns, freely switching between working and backwashing states to ensure continuous water output and minimal system pressure loss.


Wireless Valve Controller


The wireless valve controller integrates solar panels and battery power. It features a waterproof housing with a built-in wireless decoder for stable long-distance communication. The controller is easy to install and allows for remote valve control through a mobile app, PC, or the screen of the water and fertilizer machine's smart irrigation system. It can also be automated based on soil parameters, enabling unattended, cloud-managed smart irrigation scenarios.

The software platform integrates a data monitoring system, remote control system, device editing system, device alarm system, user management system, park management system, video management system, food traceability system, and big data display system.
